Our fastening system and spacer studs have been found to be compliant with the following standards based on tests carried out by our customers:

 

  • Environmental, climatic, and fire resistance tests according to IEC 60076-11 paragraphs 14.4.5, 14.4.4, and 14.4.6 (E4C3F1)
  • Impulse test according to IEC 60076-11 paragraph 14.3.1
  • Seismic test according to IEC 60076-11 paragraph 14.4.7 or IEEE std 693
  • Partial discharge tests according to IEC 60076-11 paragraph 14.2.7
  • Low temperature resistance (-60°C) according to IEC 60076-11 paragraph 14.4.4 class C5

The Leplast fastening system is made of material resistant to temperatures down to -60°C and consists of various elements that can be assembled and adjusted to different distances and sizes of transformer windings for:

 

  • The desired height between the core frame and the windings
  • Fixing the distance between the windings
